Returning in 2025, the NTPA will require online entry in advance for Grand National classes. This policy applies to all such classes whether they appear at Super, Grand, or Regional National events and to all vehicles whether registered at any level (Grand National, Regional National, or Non-Points) or provisionally registered for the event (i.e., “Per-Hooked”). Free-Entry Program Participants will be automatically entered by the NTPA office into all GN classes in which the vehicle is contractually obligated to appear. Galaxy Tour Incentive Program Participants will be automatically entered by the NTPA office into GN classes for which entry fees have been prepaid. Fee payment deadlines are the first business days of each month. Online entry is now open for all open-entry GN classes. BUY NOW Arcola Attendees: Traffic Advisory and Alternate Entrance Route Construction on Arcola Road south of Branning Park, site of the June 26-28 Arcola National Tractor Pull, requires that all pulling haulers use an alternate route to enter the facility. Competitors traveling on U.S. 30 should turn south on Scion Road, then angle left (southeast) on Yellow River Road, then angle right (south) on Eme Road. Finally comes a full left (east) turn onto Reed Street, which serves as the puller gate driveway. Competitors should not use Felger Road, as the turn onto Arcola Road is impassable. Also, the Saturday morning pullers breakfast will move to the Arcola Community Church (white church due south of the pit gate.) Please see the map below. Action will begin on Thursday, June 26 with Hot Farms, Pro Stock Diesel 4×4 3.0 Trucks, and multi-engine Modifieds. Additional classes will appear on Friday and Saturday. An incentive for the three classes doing triple duty will be a $500 bonus paid to the vehicle in each division that pulls the greatest total distance. The Arcola National Pull, held at Branning Park just west of Fort Wayne on U.S. 30, was first presented as an NTPA event in 1987 and has been continuously sanctioned since 2006. Tomah Competitors: Pit Gate Hours, Access The Budweiser Dairyland NTPA Super Nationals has released its Pit Gate Access schedule for the 2025 event. This is done to limit the number of entries to the physical capacity of Lions Motorsports Park. To be automatically entered into the Chapel Hill event are those vehicles which are either a) Contracted Free-Entry vehicles for the given division, b) Among the top 15 in Grand National points in the given division as of June 30, or c) By promoter invite. Additional entries may be considered. NTPA Tech Services: Late Fee Not Applicable to SN/GN Entry NTPA Technical Services has revised and clarified the Entry Procedures section of the 2025 Pulling Rules. The section affected appears on pages 26-27 of the 2025 Pulling Rules The “Note” at the bottom of section e is incorrectly located and was intended to be placed after rule (2). Late entry is only allowed for Regional National and State level classes and requires approval from Event Manager or Competition Director before late entry is accepted. Rules (3) and (4) in section e clearly state that pre-entry is required by the posted deadline set in advance by WPI/NTPA for all Grand National and Super National level classes. WPI / NTPA apologizes for any inconvenience or misunderstanding in communication of the intended entry procedures. The following rules are effective immediately and shall be enforced beginning Monday, June 23 (Tomah, Wisconsin online entry deadline). A. Pulling Contest 2. Entry Procedures e. Entry Level 1) At the Regional National and state levels, entry closes one (1) hour prior to the scheduled start of session. 2) A competitor may enter late with the permission of the Event Manager and/or Competition Director. However, an event official must be notified prior to close of entry that the competitor wishes to enter late in order for the competitor to be eligible for late entry. At Regional National and state-level events only, competitors that enter late (after scheduled closing of entries) will pay a late fee of $20 per entry. This late fee is not refundable. 3) Grand National and Super National-level classes are required to pre-enter online for all sessions prior to the deadline set in advance by WPI/NTPA. Advance entry deadline will be communicated by email, text, phone, and/or social media platforms. Late entry is not permitted into Grand/Super National-level classes. The late fee policy in (2) does not apply and shall not admit late entries into Grand/Super National classes. 4) Cards containing running order number must be picked up at the Entry Trailer no later than 1-1/2 hours prior to scheduled start of each session. Year Three of $30,000 Hot Shot’s Secret Challenge to Span Six GN Events The Hot Shot’s Secret Challenge is back for a third campaign with stops in six locations along the NTPA’s Grand National Circuit. The Hot Shot’s Secret Challenge will distribute in excess of $30,000 at season’s end to those in each division who are among the top three point-earners across the following participating events: The Budweiser Dairyland NTPA Super Nationals in Tomah, Wisconsin (June 26-28), the Lions Super Pull of the South in Chapel Hill, Tennessee (July 18-19), the Meade County Fair NTPA Nationals in Brandenburg, Kentucky (July 25-26), the Fort Recovery NTPA Grand Nationals (July 25-26), the North Iowa Nationals in Rockwell, Iowa (July 31-August 2), and the National Tractor Pulling Championships in Bowling Green, Ohio (August 14-16). Challenge winners will be announced from the Pulltown winners circle.
