NTPA New Memberships & Renewals



IMPORTANT: DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT unless you have tried ALL methods of logging in!

Trackside user accounts were automatically created for anyone who:

  • submitted a 2024 application via Formstack or
  • submitted a 2024 paper application
  • and included an email address or phone number

You may have created your own Trackside user account if:

  • you already used Trackside in 2024 for a membership, event entry, or banquet ticket purchase

Follow the instructions below to log in and renew licenses/registrations:

SECTION A: I know my Trackside username and password

SECTION B: I know my Trackside username but forget my password

SECTION C: I need to retrieve my account (I submitted a Formstack or Paper application in 2024)

SECTION D: view & renew your memberships & licenses

If you are new to the NTPA, please complete the New Member Application and wait for a reply before submitting your License/Registration!

SECTION A: I know my Trackside username and password

  1. Click here to Log In
  2. Enter your username & password, click Log in
  3. Continue to Section D (View & Renew Licenses/Registrations)

SECTION B: I know my Trackside username but forget my password

  1. Click here to Log In
  2. Click on Reset your password
  3. Enter your username or email address, Submit
  4. You will receive an email with a one-time log in link. Click on that link to be automatically logged in. You will be prompted to update your password – do so and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
  5. Continue to Section D (View & Renew Licenses/Registrations)

SECTION C: I need to retrieve my account (I submitted a Formstack or Paper application in 2024)

  1. Click here to Log In
  2. Click on “Retrieve your old account to access membership

  2. Choose your preferred method of contact (Email or Phone), click Submit.
  3. VERIFICATION STEPS (PHONE OR EMAIL)
    1. Phone
      1. If successful, a text message will be sent to the phone number you entered (if it is associated with your account). Click “verify” in the message box.A screenshot of a computer

      3. You are now logged in and may renew any expired licenses.
      4. Continue at Section D (View & Renew Licenses/Registrations)
    2. Email
      1. If successful, an email will be sent to the email address you entered (if it is associated with your account).
      2. The email will include a one-time log in link. Click on that link to be automatically logged in. You will be prompted to update your password – do so and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
      3. Continue at Section D (View & Renew Licenses/Registrations)
  4. VERIFICATION STEPS (MEMBER ID OR VEHICLE ID)
    1. If phone or email verification fails, you have additional options. Click on “proceed to additional verification”.
    2. Select the ID Type – Membership ID or Vehicle ID
      You probably won’t know these. To get your Membership or Vehicle ID please contact Tyler Coia, Event Systems, at tyler@ntpapull.com or 614-436-1761 ext. 103.

    3. Enter the requested information, click on Verify
    4. If the record is found, it’s details will be shown but obfuscated. There should be enough information for you to:
      1. Verify that is your account
      2. Verify the email address or phone number associated with your account (that is the email address or phone number that will be used to verify with)

    5. After confirming your account, choose to verify with either your Email or Phone number. Continue at Section C, Step 5 (Verification Steps, Phone or Email).

SECTION D: view & renew my licenses/registrations

  1. After logging into your account if you do not see your Licenses/Registrations, go to My Account Licenses/Applications.
  2. Here you will see anything that is Processing, Current, or Expired.

    1. Expired – click “Renew” to renew this item. Please review your information and update anything necessary. Once done, it will get added to your cart. You can go back to My Account Licenses/Applications to renew additional items. Once you’ve completed everything, you can go back to your cart and checkout once.
    2. Processing – after submitting your form(s) and payment(s), your Licenses/Registrations will appear as “Processing” while the NTPA reviews your form(s).
    3. Current – when the NTPA is done reviewing your form(s), they will activate your License/Registration and it will appear as “Current”.
