Click “verify” in the message box.Enter the code and click Submit.You are now logged in and may renew any expired licenses.Continue at Section D (View & Renew Licenses/Registrations)EmailIf successful, an email will be sent to the email address you entered (if it is associated with your account). The email will include a one-time log in link. Click on that link to be automatically logged in. You will be prompted to update your password – do so and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.Continue at Section D (View & Renew Licenses/Registrations)VERIFICATION STEPS (MEMBER ID OR VEHICLE ID)If phone or email verification fails, you have additional options. Click on “proceed to additional verification”.Select the ID Type – Membership ID or Vehicle ID You probably won’t know these. There should be enough information for you to:Verify that is your accountVerify the email address or phone number associated with your account (that is the email address or phone number that will be used to verify with)After confirming your account, choose to verify with either your Email or Phone number. Continue at Section C, Step 5 (Verification Steps, Phone or Email).SECTION D: view & renew my licenses/registrationsAfter logging into your account if you do not see your Licenses/Registrations, go to My Account Licenses/Applications.Here you will see anything that is Processing, Current, or Expired.Expired – click “Renew” to renew this item. Please review your information and update anything necessary. Once done, it will get added to your cart. You can go back to My Account Licenses/Applications to renew additional items. Once you’ve completed everything, you can go back to your cart and checkout once.Processing – after submitting your form(s) and payment(s), your Licenses/Registrations will appear as “Processing” while the NTPA reviews your form(s).Current – when the NTPA is done reviewing your form(s), they will activate your License/Registration and it will appear as “Current”.
